Mercredi dernier, nous avons eu l'honneur de rendre hommage à deux figures emblématiques du commissariat de Capellen, en charge de la sécurité à Steinfort : Mme Françoise Bredimus et M. Joël Libar de la  Police Grand-Ducale, qui ont pris leur retraite bien méritée en 2024. Leur engagement inlassable et leur dévouement sans faille ont marqué notre commune, et c'est avec une immense gratitude que nous leur avons adressé nos remerciements officiels.

L'événement a également été l'occasion d'accueillir chaleureusement M. Marco Bof dans ses nouvelles fonctions de commissaire en chef. Nous lui souhaitons beaucoup de succès dans cette mission essentielle au service de nos concitoyen·ne·s.

Last Wednesday, we had the honour of paying tribute to two emblematic figures of the Capellen police station, in charge of security in Steinfort: Ms. Françoise Bredimus and Mr. Joël Libar of the Grand-Ducal Police, who took their well-deserved retirement in 2024. Their tireless commitment and unfailing dedication have left their mark on our municipality, and it is with immense gratitude that we have officially thanked them.

The event was also an opportunity to warmly welcome Mr. Marco Bof in his new role as chief commissioner. We wish him every success in this important mission at the service of our fellow citizens.
