Sie huet net vergiess d’Plus-value vun dësem Projet fir d’Ëmwelt, d’soziaalt Liewen an eng méi circulaire Wirtschaft ze erklären.

Eng 15 ‘Repair’-Interesséierter hunn sech deen Owend gemellt fir dës Initiative an eiser Gemeng weider ze ënnerstëtzen an eng éischt Editioun vum Repair Café hei zu Stengefort ze organiséieren, respektiv och matzemaachen! Vendredi dernier, la Commune de Steinfort, en collaboration avec le Groupe citoyen pour une Economie circulaire, avait convié à une réunion d'information pour le Repair Café. Vous avez été nombreux.ses à avoir répondu présent.es à cette invitation. Mme Sarah Haas de CELL a présenté l'origine de cette initiative, la présence des Repair Cafés dans d'autres pays ainsi qu’au Grand-Duché. Elle n'a pas oublié d'expliquer la plus-value du projet pour l'environnement, la vie sociale et pour une économie plus circulaire.

Au lieu de jeter quelque chose, le Repair Café essaie de lui offrir une seconde vie. Une quinzaine de « repairer » se sont inscrit.e.s ce soir-là pour joindre l’initiative et à organiser, respectivement participer, au premier Repair Café à Steinfort ! Affaire à suivre donc !

Last Friday, the Municipality of Steinfort, in collaboration with the Citizen's Group for a Circular Economy, invited to an information meeting for the Repair Café. Many of you responded to this invitation. Ms Sarah Haas from CELL presented the origin of this initiative, the presence of Repair Cafés in other countries as well as in the Grand Duchy. She did not forget to explain the added value of the project for the environment, social life and for a more circular economy.

Instead of throwing something away, the Repair Café tries to give it a second life. About fifteen repairers signed up that evening to join the initiative and to organise, respectively participate in, the first Repair Café in Steinfort! To be continued!
