Dans la cadre de la Journée commémorative, la commune de Steinfort vous présente l’exposition Vilar Formoso à la Galerie de la Villa Collart. L'exposition met en valeur les liens historiques entre le Luxembourg et le Portugal pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. L'accent est mis sur la ville de Vilar Formoso, à la frontière avec l'Espagne, qui est devenue une porte vers la liberté pour de nombreux réfugiés. L'exposition analyse la situation à travers, entre autres, les réfugiés juifs du Luxembourg et la famille grand-ducale.

No âmbito da jornada comemorativa, o município de Steinfort apresenta a exposição Vilar Formoso na Galeria Villa Collart. A exposição destaca os laços históricos entre o Luxemburgo e Portugal durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial. O foco é a cidade de Vilar Formoso, na fronteira com Espanha, que se tornou uma porta de entrada para a liberdade de muitos refugiados. A exposição analisa a situação através dos olhos dos refugiados judeus luxemburgueses e da família grão-ducal, entre outros.

As part of the commemorative day, the Steinfort municipality is presenting the Vilar Formoso exhibition at the Villa Collart Gallery. The exhibition highlights the historical links between Luxembourg and Portugal during the Second World War. The focus is on the town of Vilar Formoso, on the border with Spain, which became a gateway to freedom for many refugees. The exhibition analyses the situation through the eyes of Luxembourg's Jewish refugees and the Grand Ducal family, among others.
