Nous sommes ravis de vous informer que le début de la construction de notre nouveau centre culturel sur le terrain « An de Keeseminnen » à Steinfort est prévu pour juin 2023. Le centre culturel, qui sera construit en face du « Centre Culturel Al Schmelz », sera inspiré de l'histoire sidérurgique de Steinfort en termes d'architecture et de matériaux utilisés. Ainsi, le bâtiment sera partiellement revêtu de Corten perforé. La salle principale, d'une superficie de 600 m2, pourra accueillir 500 personnes, avec une hauteur de plafond de 8 mètres et une scène réglable en hauteur. Le bâtiment est conçu pour être polyvalent et s'adapter aux différents types d'événements.

Le centre culturel comprendra également un hall d'entrée de 325 m2 avec une billetterie et un vestiaire, avec la possibilité d’y organiser des expositions à l'avenir. Une cuisine sera également installée pour pouvoir offrir une petite restauration aux visiteur.euse.s. Le bâtiment respectera les dernières normes environnementales, avec entre autres l’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques sur le toit en collaboration avec la coopérative d'énergie Leader Lëtzebuerg West. Une végétalisation avec des plantations extensives sera prévue sur la surface du toit du foyer. S’y ajoute un parking de 110 places aménagé sous une approche écologique. Bien entendu, des emplacements pour les vélos seront également prévus.

Le conseil communal a alloué un budget total de 14,7 millions d'euros pour la réalisation de ce projet. Nous sommes convaincus que cet investissement en vaudra la peine et que nos associations pourront compter sur un centre culturel moderne et fonctionnel pour les décennies à venir, capable d'accueillir des événements de plus grande envergure.

Es freut uns sehr, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Baubeginn für den Neubau unseres Kultursaals auf dem Gelände "An de Keeseminnen" in Steinfort für Juni 2023 geplant ist. Der Kultursaal, welcher gegenüber dem "Centre Culturel Al Schmelz" errichtet wird, wird in puncto Architektur und verwendeten Materialien an die Geschichte des Steinforter Hüttenwerks anknüpfen. So wird das Gebäude teilweise mit Fassadenverkleidungen aus perforiertem Corten-Stahl ausgestattet sein. Der Hauptsaal mit einer Größe von 600 m2 ist für 500 Besucher ausgelegt, hat eine Deckenhöhe von 8 Metern und umfasst eine höhenverstellbare Bühne. Das Gebäude ist so konzipiert, dass es in Zukunft polyvalent einsetzbar ist.

Zum Kultursaal kommt noch ein 325 m2 großes Foyer mit Kassenbereich und Garderobe, in welchem in Zukunft auch Ausstellungen organisiert werden können. Integriert ist auch eine Küche, um den Besuchern kleine kulinarisches Angebote anbieten zu können. Das Gebäude respektiert neueste Umweltnormen und sieht vor, eine Photovoltaikanlage in Zusammenarbeit mit der Energiekooperative des Leader Lëtzebuerg West auf dem Dach des Kultursaals zu installieren. Auf der Dachfläche des Foyers ist ein Gründach mit extensiver Bepflanzung geplant. Hinzu kommt ein Parkplatz mit 110 Stellplätzen, welcher im Anschluss an den Neubau als ökologischer Parking ausgeführt werden soll. Selbstverständlich werden auch Stellplätze für Fahrräder vorgesehen.

Für die Umsetzung dieses Projekts hat der Gemeinderat insgesamt 14,7 Millionen Euro veranschlagt. Eir sind jedoch überzeugt, dass sich diese Investition lohnen wird und unsere Vereine über die nächsten Jahre hinweg auf einen modernen, funktionellen Saal zurückgreifen können, der zudem auch größere Events planbar macht.

The roof area of the foyer will be greened with extensive planting. In addition, there will be an ecologically designed car park with 110 spaces. Of course, there will also be some reserved space for bicycles.

The municipal council has allocated a total budget of 14.7 million euros for the realisation of this major project. We are convinced that this investment will be worthwhile and that our associations will be able to count on a modern and functional cultural centre for decades to come, capable of hosting larger events.
